✨ Appointment Policy

Please arrive on time to ensure the best experience and outcome for all clients. Arriving more than 10 minutes late may delay treatment or reschedule your appointment entirely. For more information on charges associated with rescheduling or cancellation, please refer to our Cancellation & No-Show Policy below.

✨ Cancellation / No-Show Policy

A 48-hour cancellation notice is required for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer that time to another client and respects our providers’ carefully scheduled time.

Fees for late cancellations or no-shows (automatically charged $100 to the card on file):

If a client is a no-show or cancels late 3 times, prepayment for all future appointments will be required. Prepayments are non-refundable if the policy is violated. However, if an appointment with more than 48 hours’ notice is rescheduled, the payment will be credited toward a future service.

✨ Refund Policy

Our refund policy does not apply to services that have already been rendered. Results from aesthetic procedures vary by individual, and while we do our utmost to achieve the desired outcome, results cannot be guaranteed. Additional treatments may be necessary and will be at the client’s expense.

Retail Products:

If defective, products may be exchanged within 14 days for the same item only. Refunds are not offered for retail purchases.

Gift Certificates:

Non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

✨ Children Policy

Despite our love of children, we request you arrange child care before your appointment. This ensures a calm, safe, and professional environment for all guests and staff.

✨ Pet Policy

We are a pet-loving clinic, but we do not allow pets other than certified service animals. If you arrive with a non-service animal, you will be asked to reschedule.
